Coach Randy is a dedicated youth amateur boxing coach based in Appleton, Wisconsin, with a passion for helping young athletes grow both in and out of the ring. With years of hands-on experience in training and mentoring youth boxers, Coach De Leon focuses on discipline, confidence, and strong fundamentals.

Rooted in the Fox Valley community, Coach Randy has worked with boxers of all skill levels—developing beginner talent and preparing advanced athletes for amateur competition. His coaching style emphasizes respect, hard work, and mental toughness, creating a positive and motivating environment where young fighters can thrive. His background includes being a Taekwondo Instructor for several years, he will bring that discipline to the boxing community!
