Meet Head Coach Randy –
Head Coach Randy De Leon is a dedicated youth & adult amateur boxing coach based in Appleton, Wisconsin, with a lifelong passion for combat sports and athlete development. As a former USA Amateur Boxer, and Taekwondo Instructor, Coach Randy understands firsthand the discipline, preparation, and mental toughness required to compete at a high level.
With years of hands-on experience for self, and training and mentoring young athletes, Coach Randy focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and character both inside and outside of the ring. His approach blends technical boxing skill, structured discipline, and positive mentorship to help each athlete reach their full potential.
Rooted in the Fox Valley community, Coach Randy has worked with boxers of all skill levels — from beginners learning their first stance to advanced athletes preparing for amateur tournament competition. His coaching style emphasizes respect, hard work, accountability, and mental resilience, creating an environment where young fighters feel supported, motivated, and challenged to grow.
In addition to his boxing background, Coach Randy served as a Taekwondo Instructor for several years, bringing a deep understanding of martial arts discipline, structure, and leadership into the boxing community.
